This style of yoga is practiced with a 7-meters hammock that facilitates the performance of traditional postures.
We advise you to have a minimum of experience in this discipline, otherwise, we suggest you go to a private class first.
It is preferable to arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the class and not eat or drink in quantity before the practice.
Stretching, inverted postures, pranayama and meditation in groups of a maximum of 10 people.
