We begin with a Breathwork and Sound Healing practice inside the hammock. A transformative and very very relaxing experience.

We accompany you to the hammam so that you can continue letting go and enjoying its relaxing benefits and then receive a wonderful relaxing massage with essential oils. We finish with a relaxing infusion.
